Semi-formal. Keep in mind that both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so we recommend dressing warmly and choosing footwear suitable for outdoor terrain. You can join Marissa—wear your pretty heels for the ceremony and change into your sparkly (or not-so-sparkly) sneakers for the reception!

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by dinner indoors, and then we’ll head back outside for the reception. Please dress accordingly for winter weather in Georgia—we recommend warm layers and comfortable shoes!.

Absolutely—our big day wouldn’t be complete without the laughter and joy of your kiddos. We can't wait to see them on the dance floor!

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm EST, so please arrive at Black Creek Scout Reservation by 3:30 pm!

Please RSVP by December 1. Since most of our guests will be traveling, we want to make sure everyone has plenty of time to plan—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Please enter through the main gate at Black Creek Scout Reservation. Once inside, you’ll be directed to the designated parking area by our team. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and getting to the ceremony site comfortably. If you have a golf cart or UTV, you’re welcome to bring it for easier transportation around camp.

Yes! We’d love for you to stay the weekend with us. There’s plenty of room to pitch a tent or park a camper. Showers and restrooms are available, and you’ll be just steps from all the fun. Don’t forget to mark “Yes to Camping” on your RSVP!
